| Please use these guidelines when submitting files for both quotes and final projects. | |

| PDF's | Single or multi-pages documents can be sent for quoting purposes and for projects requiring our Design and Engineering Services. |
| CAD files | We accept both .dxf and .dwg files. Preferred file format for our equipment software is .dxf files. |
| Artwork files | Either .eps or .ai files through CS4 or similar. All fonts should be created to outlines. Images need to be vector-based not raster-based. |
| Hand-drawn sketches | Hand-drawn sketches should be scanned and made into a .pdf file. |
| Files an be sent via email. | |
